WASHINGTON UCC COMMUNITY DINNER On May 13th we prepared and served WUCC’s Community Dinner. Ten of our members staffed the event, and served a spaghetti dinner to about 25 diners and carry outs. All agreed it was a fun way to serve as the “hands and feet of Jesus Christ” in the community. It was also a wonderful opportunity to connect with each other in a setting outside of our church building. A photo of our volunteers is attached (not pictured were Bree Renuart, Jennifer Russo, and Reg Hahn). Much thanks to Nick Russo, for preparing his family recipe meatballs, and for coordinating the event.
